About Ricardo Strategic Consulting:
Ricardo Strategic Consulting works with the world's leading automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers, as well as private equity firms and investment banks. The global automotive industry is experiencing a period of transition, as manufacturers struggle to align established business models with rapidly changing consumer demand and market requirements. Record oil prices and enthusiasm for stringent emission regulations are driving a shift towards fuel efficient technologies and economy cars. Stunned by the speed of change, many OEMs must now retool entire product portfolios to keep pace with aggressive carbon emission targets set by legislators.
Ricardo is one of the world's leading automotive engineering and consulting firms with roots dating back almost a century. Our expertise extends to every segment of the industry and along the entire value chain. We support our clients in identifying increased synergies, process efficiencies, and collaborative opportunities to optimize efficiency and profitability with the overall objective of building and preserving brand value.
