Lee Jeffcoat graduated from Coventry University in 1995 with a BA(hons) in Industrial Design (Transportation). In 1995, Mr. Jeffcoat joined Lotus as a Powertrain Designer and in 2002, he also helped establish the Powertrain Design Department for Lotus Engineering in Malaysia.

Sales and Marketing Director - Tesla Motors
Don is Sales and Marketing Director for Tesla Motors in the UK and Ireland. He is also responsible for Tesla’s Business Development in the UK, Russia and the Middle East. Tesla is at the very forefront of the Electric Vehicle Industry and prides itself on developing and producing new technology along with working with governments and legislators to create real world initiatives that enable consumers to embrace zero emission personal transport.
Dr. Kevin Austin (confirmed)
Head of Transport - London Mayoral Office
Kevin is both an economist and transport planner. He has worked in both the consultancy at government sectors. Prior to joining the GLA he was Deputy Director of the MVA London Office, where he was responsible for many of the London based projects. He is currently Head of Transport at the Greater London Authority and is responsible for advising the Mayor on all aspects of transport policy relevant to London.

Jonathan Shine runs the European operations of Lithium Force, a US-based company specialising in electric vehicle supply chain solutions. The company owns and is invested in variety of entities in the supply chain for the deployment of electric vehicles including battery manufacturers, specialist designers and builders of battery packs (including BMS and CAN integration), recharging infrastructure specialists including fully-operational battery swap technology and a laboratory specialising in vehicle to grid (V2G) solutions.

Alex Beaudet is a strategy and business development specialist with over 10 years experience in the energy and transport sector. He is currently advisor at EVO Electric, a developer of advanced electric motors and drives. Alex previously worked for Hydrogenics, a fuel cell system developer with close links to General Motors, and was strategy consultant at Mitsubishi Research Institute in Tokyo.

Don’s role at Axeon is to lead the technology development of the new generation of EV and HEV batteries. He joined Axeon in January 2008 from Delphi Diesel Systems where he was Chief Electronics Engineer responsible for all aspects of Diesel Fuel Injection Electronics Engineering. He was previously Director of Electronics at Ricardo Consulting Engineers and prior to this he held senior Electronics management positions with Motorola Automotive and Jaguar Cars Ltd. He holds an MSc in Electronics from Cranfield University and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
